Your Rights
As our patient you have the right to be treated with respect and for your medical details to be kept confidential. You should be able to access an appointment within 2 working days and for urgent cases you should be seen the same day. You have the right to request a home visit from the doctor or nurse if you are too ill to leave your home. You have the right to contact a doctor outside of the surgery’s working hours for a serious medical emergency. You have the right to receive advice, treatment or a referral appropriate to your condition.
Our Rights
The surgery staff have the right to be treated with respect and for other patients’ to be respected also. it is the doctor’s duty to judge whether a medical condition is of an urgent matter. Registration with a doctor is a voluntary relationship and may be terminated by either party. We aim to provide a high quality service at all times.
